Hi :) My name Is Lauren. I am a Christ-follower, mama, artist, doula and herbalist living In the mountains of Northern New Mexico with my five year old.

Clay Plum Is my small way of sharing the poetry of God’s creation in a practical way. One of my favorite activities is to create little potions. I love every part of it- growing, foraging, gathering exploring the uses of new plants and fats and synthesizing good, nourishing ingredients into medicine for the people I love.
