Orange Sun Hair Oil

Orange Sun Hair Oil is carefully crafted from medicinal high-desert plant oils and infused botanicals to bless the hair and scalp. Like all Clay Plum products, Orange Sun is supremely potent and fresh to give your hair the love it needs to be strong, lustrous, clear, full, smooth and manageable. Orange Sun is rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and fatty acids to protect, regenerate and enhance natural shine and pigment.

Each ingredient has multiple functions:

Rosemary*: improves scalp circulation, nourishes hair follicles, helps maintain follicle size and prolong active growth phase, anti-microbial which can reduce irritation, reduces environmental damage, strengthens shaft and especially cuticle, imparts a grounding aroma.

Yucca Root*: Calms irritation, supports balanced scalp microbiome, helps prevent buildup, protective, reduces frizz, increases slip and boosts shine.

Hops*:  Reduces breakage, supports gloss and shine, cleansing and balancing for the scalp environment reducing irritation, supports healthy follicles, slows damage from UV and pollution. Hops is also used for it’s aromatherapeutic properties which support stress-relief, improved sleep quality, balanced mood and anxiety reduction. Because it is the whole plant infusion, it is safe to use anytime of day :)

Fenugreek Seed*: Improves elasticity, reduces brittleness, helps prevent split ends, softens rough hair, soothes dry scalp, enhances manageability, calms scalp irritation and itchiness, protects from oxidative stress, adds shine and smoothness.

Mullein**: Eases itchiness, helps prevent tangling, helps maintain strength and vitality, supports balanced scalp microbiome, reduces buildup and irritation.

Jojoba Oil*: Balances scalp oils creating optimal environment for growth, moisturizes without weighing hair down or leaving a sticky residue, reduces breakage, improves elasticity, boosts shine, keeps follicle healthy for long-lasting growth, maintains healthy scalp microbiome.

Amla Oil*: Increases resilience, reduces split ends and breakage, helps maintain richness of natural tones, can stop or reverse premature greying, boosts shine, encourages stronger and thicker new growth, healthier scalp environment for more consistent growth, slows aging-related thinning and dullness.

Pumpkin Seed Oil*: Helps preserve follicle size and density for stronger, thicker growth; reduces breakage and promotes more resilient strands; eases dryness, flaking, and tightness, creating an optimal growth environment; keeps scalp healthier, helping prevent premature shedding; leaves hair glossier, softer, and easier to manage.

Apricot Kernel Oil*: Softens hair, improves flexibility, deeply moisturizes without heaviness, nourishes follicles and scalp skin, locks in moisture, smooths cuticle, boosts shine and supports scalp environment so it is free from inflammation-related shedding.
